Gregg Hamilton-Piercy, CFA

Gregg Hamilton-Piercy joined Atlantic Management Company Inc. in 2007 as an analyst with the firm's Valuation Group. He is responsible for business valuation engagements and specializes in due diligence and structuring of private equity transaction for the Ownership Transition Group.

Previously, Mr. Hamilton-Piercy was the Assistant Vice President at StoneGate Partners LLC, a private equity investment bank that focused on equity and debt financing for small to medium sized private companies.  He was responsible for all facets of due diligence, analytical/financial modeling and was an integral part of the equity distribution team.

A native of Montreal, Canada, Mr. Hamilton-Piercy was a Commercial Account Manager with TD Bank Financial Group where he managed and developed a lending portfolio in excess of $60 million.  He was also a member of the auditing team at Schlesinger, Newman & Goldman Accountants where he participated in financial audits of various private corporations.

He has earned the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is a member of the Boston Securities Analyst Society.  He holds both the series 7 and 63 licenses and is also a member of the Canadian Securities Institute. Mr. Hamilton-Piercy is an honors graduate of McGill University and holds a BComm degree with a double concentration in both finance and accounting.
