Patricia M. Drohan, Analyst
Patricia Drohan is a senior analyst with over twenty five years experience conducting and documenting valuation analyses of a broad range of companies. Her expertise in this area is an outgrowth of her early experience in the financial services sector in the areas of banking and mergers and acquisitions.
During her tenure at Atlantic Management Company, Ms. Drohan has pursued a self-directed educational program focused on the application of information technology to the quantitative and qualitative aspects of the firm’s client services. She has developed sophisticated financial modeling programs including those used for business valuations, option pricing, ESOP feasibility and repurchase liability studies, and mergers and acquisitions. In addition, she has developed proprietary databases to monitor transaction data and support valuation discount and premium analyses.
Ms. Drohan received her BS in Business Administration with a dual concentration in Economics and Finance from Fordham University.
