Richard M. St. Germain, Analyst
Richard St. Germain is a valuation analyst specializing in the financial analysis of closely held companies and the industries with which they are allied. His analyses generate a multi-dimensional financial profile and provide an insight into the economic environment in which the companies operate. Mr. St. Germain has participated in a variety of valuation engagements including those conducted for ownership transition, stock options, corporate planning, and ESOPs.
Mr. St. Germain has over 10 years of experience in the equity and commodity trading markets. Mr. St. Germain was employed by Diamond Head Trading, Ltd. as the head trader where his primary role was the valuation and screening of investment opportunities which included thorough analysis, diligence, and valuation of investment opportunities. In addition to screening, monitoring and reporting on existing investments, he was also responsible for executing a strategic plan.
Prior to Diamond Head Trading, Ltd., he assisted with the start up of the Power Company of America, an energy power marketer. The company consistently ranked as one of the top power marketers in megawatt hours traded. Through his years of experience with trading, Mr. St. Germain assisted with the development of proprietary trading software that was utilized at two different trading firms.
Mr. St Germain obtained a series 7, 63, and 55 licenses as well as Florida Real Estate license. He graduated from Boston College with a BA in Economics.
