Timothy J. Crepeau, Analyst
Timothy J. Crepeau joined Atlantic Management Company Inc. in 2008 as an analyst with the firm's Valuation Group. Mr. Crepeau’s experience includes valuation engagements related to mergers and acquisitions, employee stock ownership plans, estate and gift taxes, goodwill impairment, purchase price allocations, and litigation support.
Previously, Mr. Crepeau was a Senior Analyst at JSI Capital Advisors, a specialized valuation and transaction advisory firm, where he performed valuations for companies within the telecommunications industry including wireline voice, wireless voice, Internet, cable television and other closely-related communications service providers.
Prior to JSI Capital Advisors, Mr. Crepeau was an analyst at Sprague Energy, a large supplier of energy and materials handling services with markets in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic. His responsibilities included forecasting oil-based product sales at each of the company’s locations and analysis supporting daily pricing for the wholesale and commercial departments. Prior to joining Sprague Energy, Mr. Crepeau was an investment analyst at Prime, Buchholz & Associates, an independent institutional investment advisory firm.
Mr. Crepeau is an Associate member of the American Society of Appraisers (ASA) and has obtained series 7, 63 and 65 licenses. He earned an MBA degree with a Finance specialization from the Whittemore School of Business at The University of New Hampshire and received a BS degree from the
