| Opportunities: | Our diverse portfolio of services and equally diverse client base allow our analysts to participate - start to finish - in a broad range of valuation projects including: equity valuations, stock options, purchase price allocations, fairness opinions, solvency opinions, and litigation support. Our analysts also have the opportunity to support our Ownership Transition Group in the areas of M & A, ESOP feasibility studies, and other transaction related services. |
| Qualifications: | The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of a bachelor's degree and 3 - 5 years direct valuation experience within a valuation firm, CPA firm, investment bank or similar environment providing valuation services. Excellent analytical, computer, and writing skills are essential. A credential such as ASA, AM, CBA, CFA, CPA, ABV, CVA is preferred. |
