Atlantic Management Advises Windmill International On ESOP

Atlantic Management Company, Inc. is pleased to announce that the Windmill International Employee Stock Ownership Plan and Trust has acquired an interest in Windmill International, Inc. of Nashua, NH. Atlantic Management Company, Inc. served as independent appraiser to the trustees of the ESOP and assisted in structuring the transaction.
