Atlantic Management Company Advises On Fleetwood Fixtures Transaction

Atlantic Management Company, Inc. is pleased to announce that Fleetwood Fixtures, Inc. Employee Stock Ownership Plan and Trust has acquired an interest in Fleetwood Fixtures, Inc. of Leesport, Pennsylvania .  Atlantic Management Company, Inc. served as independent appraiser to the trustee of the ESOP, and rendered fairness opinions.

Fleetwood Fixtures, Inc. was founded in 1968 and designs and manufactures store fixtures primarily to high end retailers throughout the .  The majority of its products are made to order and delivered directly to customer sites. 

The company typically collaborates with the customer on product design but also offers pre-engineered items through its 34™ product line.  The company is headquartered in Leesport, Pennsylvania where it offers custom fixture manufacturing as well as design and engineering services, customer service and project management, in-store shop manufacturing, specialty shop manufacturing, logistics and delivery, general construction and installation, and warehousing and inventory management.
