Atlantic Management Company Advises on Acquisition

Atlantic Management Company, Inc. is pleased to announce that Jennings Road Management Corp. with main offices in Somerville, Massachusetts and Glastonbury, Connecticut, has acquired Foreign Motors West, Inc., with dealerships in Natick, Massachusetts and seven other sites in the Metro-West region of Massachusetts.

 

Foreign Motors West, Inc. retains exclusive franchise rights to sell Rolls Royce, Bentley, Mercedes Benz, BMW and Land Rover vehicles, and also retains exclusive rights to service and sell parts of the above franchise vehicles.

 

The assignment was led by John P. Murphy, Senior Vice President of Atlantic Management Company, who served as financial advisor to the shareholders of Foreign Motors West, Inc.
