Atlantic Management Company, Inc. is please to announce that the Green Technical Services Employee Stock Ownership Plan and Trust has recently acquired an interest in Green Technical Services, Inc. of Dover, New Hampshire. Atlantic Management Company, Inc. served as independent appraiser to the trustees of the ESOP and assisted in structuring the transaction.
Since the company was founded in 1989, Green Technical Services continues to provide high quality, professional and cost effective on-site machinery and equipment maintenance and repair services for original equipment manufacturers (OEM) and end-users. OEM’s use Green Technical Serivces to act as their field service department as the company provides fast response, local service capabilities at a much lower cost than they could provide for themselves. End-users use the company to ensure rapid cost effective repair to their own equipment and use the company as an extension fo their own maintenance departments, or in other instances end-users outsource their maintenance department to the Green Technical Services outright.
