CEO Luncheon

Richard Dyke, former Chairman and majority shareholder of Bushmaster Firearms Inc, a successful entrepreneur who has bought and sold more than 50 companies during his career, will be offering a peer’s perspective on building a company and capturing its value through the sale process. He will be sharing his experiences of buying a company in bankruptcy, building it into a very successful global competitor, and selling it to a major financial investor.
The presentation will focus on: secrets to growing a successful company; things he might have done differently; making the sell decision; surprises during the sale process; and life after the sale. This will be followed by a brief question and answer period with Mr. Dyke and advisors involved in the transaction.

Take Route 101 East to Interstate 95 North to Exit 7. Turn right off the exit and proceed for approximately 1/2 mile. Bear right at the blinking light and the hotel entrance is approximately 50 yards on the left.
Take Exit 7 off I-95 (Downtown Portsmouth). Turn left off the exit and 1/2 mile ahead bear right at the blinking light. The hotel entrance is on the left.
