The Transition Decision
Atlantic Management Company cordially invites you to attend a complimentary morning workshop on the process of transitioning the owner's business. The presentation will address important succession and transition issues facing owners in the course of transferring a business, including a discussion of the four most common forms of ownership transition.
The panelists will discuss valuation, legal, tax, accounting, financial, and "deal structuring" considerations. The panel will review a number of transition options, including management buy-outs, employee stock ownership plans, intra-family sales and third party stock and asset sale transactions.
