American Society Of Appraisers (ASA)

The American Society of Appraisers is committed to fostering professional excellence in its membership through education, accreditation, publication and other services. Its prestige is intended to contribute to the growth of its membership and to the appraisal profession.


Institute Of Business Appraisers (IBA)

The Institute of Business Appraisers is the oldest professional society devoted solely to the appraisal of closely-held businesses. Established in 1978, the Institute is a pioneer in business appraisal education and professional accreditation.


National Association Of Valuation Analysts (NACVA)

NACVA is a global, professional association that supports the business valuation, litigation consulting, and fraud deterrence disciplines within the CPA and professional business advisory communities. Along with its training and certification programs, NACVA offers research support, marketing tools, software, journals, reference materials, and proprietary databases to enhance the professional capabilities and capacities of its members.


National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO)

The National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO) is a private, nonprofit membership and research organization that serves as the leading source of accurate, unbiased information on employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs), equity compensation plans such as stock options, and ownership culture.  It is a significant publisher and research source in the field, holds dozens of Webinars and live meetings annually, and provides services to thousands of members.


The American Institute of CPAs

The American Institute of CPAs is the world’s largest member association representing the accounting profession, with more than 412,000 members in 144 countries, and a history of serving the public interest since 1887. AICPA members represent many areas of practice, including business and industry, public practice, government, education and consulting.


The ESOP Association

The ESOP Association is the national membership organization with a primary focus on employee ownership through employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs). It provides members with information through conferences, over 40 publications, and local chapters. It directs an aggressive advocacy program, as the leading voice before Congress and regulatory agencies on protecting and enhancing ESOP law.


The Vermont Employee Ownership Center

The Vermont Employee Ownership Center is a statewide non-profit whose mission is to promote and foster employee ownership in order to broaden capital ownership, deepen employee participation, retain jobs, increase living standards for working families, and stabilize communities.
